We offer reliable delivery across the UK mainland. Please review our delivery options and timescales below.
1. Free Delivery
Enjoy FREE standard delivery on all orders over £150 (excluding VAT) to UK mainland addresses.

3. Large Item Delivery
For baths, shower enclosures, and bulky items:
- Delivery is made to kerbside or ground floor level
- Please ensure adequate access and assistance is available
- Delivery times will be confirmed when your order is dispatched
- Additional charges may apply for remote areas or difficult access
4. Delivery Areas
UK Mainland: Standard delivery available to England, Wales, and mainland Scotland.
Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: Additional charges and extended delivery times apply. Please contact us for a quote.
Republic of Ireland: Delivery available - contact us for pricing.
5. Delivery Times
- Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 working days
- Delivery timescales begin from dispatch, not order date
- Special order items may have longer lead times - these will be advised at checkout
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
6. Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your delivery via the courier's website.
7. Receiving Your Delivery
- Inspect on arrival: Check packaging for visible damage before signing
- Note any damage: Record any concerns on the delivery paperwork
- Check contents: Verify all items within 48 hours of delivery
- Report issues promptly: Contact us within 48 hours if items are damaged or missing
8. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful:
- The courier will leave a card with redelivery/collection options
- After 2 failed attempts, items may be returned to us
- Redelivery charges may apply
9. Site/Trade Deliveries
For deliveries to building sites or commercial premises:
- Provide a contact name and mobile number
- Ensure someone is available to receive and check goods
- Provide clear access instructions in the order notes
